Company Profile:AFR is converting block cheeses into a variety of value added cheese products in our new state of the art facility, located in Nashville, NC. We are also consolidating an array of dairy products to augment and complete our cheeese product line. Our new state of the art equipment allows us to shred up to 15,000 lbs. per hour of a variety of block cheeses. This provides us with the ability to produce in excess of 6,000,000 pounds per month of quality assured cheese products for the foodservice industry. We also possess the ability to cut many varieties of cheese hoops into wedges. Along with a full line of cheeses we also offer our customers a full line of accommodation dairy products. Providing them with sour cream, cottage cheese, creamers, heavy cream etc. We also offer processed cheese from our Wisconsin partners. Please contact us for further information. Our facility located in Nashville, NC consists of 60,000 square feet of which 30,000 is refrigerated. We also have refrigerated shipping and receiving. We are located on state Hwy. 64, 6 miles from I-95. We have convenient access to Interstates 40 & 85. We continue to add new items each week and will be happy to accommodate your needs on most requested items.
Co-Packing: Due to our location we are the most cost effective way to reach markets in the Mid Atlantic / Southeast. We are currently accepting addiitional co-pack associates on shreds and prints. Please contact the Greenville, SC office for further details.
